  2. A technician diagnoses itCertified and insured, working on the appliance where it stands, with the parts that fail most already on the van.
  3. You decide before any workYou hear the price first. Go ahead and the visit and diagnosis are free, and the labour carries a 3-month warranty.

Before you send it

  1. Find the model numberIt is on a sticker inside the door, under the lid or on the back panel. With it we can load the right parts before setting off.
  2. Describe what it does, not what you think brokeWhen it started, what sound it makes, what it stops doing. That tells a technician more than a guessed diagnosis.
  3. Say if access is tightStacked units, built-in ovens or a second-floor laundry room take longer, so we will set aside the time.
