A certified, insured technician checks the appliance where it stands, then explains what failed and what the repair will cost. If you go ahead, you don't pay for the visit or the diagnosis.
The technician makes the repair and runs the appliance to check it before leaving. Our labour is covered for 3 months, so if the same problem comes back in that time, so do we.
Came home from the cottage to warm milk and a freezer that was barely cold. Booked online that night and the fridge was cold again by the next afternoon. We're way up in Duffin Heights and the technician was still right on time.
